Jamie Forrester aka Beat Master General is a UK artist, songwriter/producer/DJ and multi-instrumentalist based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Jamie devoted his music career to producing and performing original music. He has produced over 50 songs in all genres and collaborated with many artists in the music scene.  

He grew up playing the drums in several rock and metal bands before making the switch to DJing and producing electronic music.  

In 2012 he launched the popular underground club night "Shake Yer Shoulders", which led him to DJ in all the major clubs in Edinburgh from 2012 - 2016. 

In 2018 he began experimenting with blending and fusing together instrumental performance with live electronics, looping and sampling, and mashing together genres, and he is currently planning to release his debut album "Final Death. Total Freedom." in the spring of 2023.
